LARGE PACKAGES
Depending on the size, weight and country of delivery, a shipping item may be marked as bulky goods or freight forwarding. The costs for the bulky goods surcharge or for the forwarding agency delivery are at the expense of the Kunyen. Whether a product must be shipped as bulky goods or by freight forwarding company can only be finally calculated after the address has been made known. You can always see the total cost of shipping your desired item after entering the delivery address. SHIPPING OF LIPO BATTERIES
Please note that LiPo batteries must be marked as such for returns. A template for this and further information can be found here.
LiPo batteries with a capacity of 100 Wh or more are generally shipped by GLS as dangerous goods only within Austria and Germany.
The surcharge for the shipping of dangerous goods will be charged even if the free shipping limit is reached is 5.90€. Products that are affected by this rule are marked in the product description.

UNFREE RETURNS
Please make sure to stamp your return sufficiently! In the case of returns that arrive at our premises freight collect, we will charge you for the resulting costs.

FALLING BELOW THE "FREE SHIPPING" THRESHOLD
For returns, we reserve the right to recalculate the standard shipping charges if the value of the order less the return falls below the free shipping threshold.
Example: In Austria, shipping is free for orders over €120. If you order two items in one order for € 35 each and return one, we reserve the right to refund you the € 35 minus the standard shipping costs.
